Abstract
Orthostatic headache (OH) refers to a headache occurring or worsening by postural change, especially when standing up. Intracranial hypotension is the leading cause of OH. In addition, cervicogenic headache, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, suboccipital craniectomy, skull base tumor and Chiari malformation can cause OH. Therefore, the possibility of various causes other than intracranial hypotension should be considered when managing OH. We report a case of OH serially caused by spontaneous intracranial hypotension and cervicogenic headache.
